They don’t make a kit per say. Do not use plugs on that tire. The best way to do it would be to patch it inside or to put a tube in it if they are available. Or if it has a tube already patch it. Basically what I’m saying is get it off the rim and then see.

For the trouble of dismounting the wheel, and then dismounting the tire from a 1-piece rim, by the time that's done I'd be disgusted with it. I'd order a new tire, and that mini tire changer from Harbor Freight, and be done with it.
