I need some help IDing a Tillotson carb also a couple questions about its operation

1. H 239B 901 ...all the info I could find have a 2 letter prefix - only the single "H" on this carb.

2. Does the carb have a fuel pump? Aside from the fuel inlet theres another barb fitting near the engine side flange.

that carb obviously has a fuel pump, yes..

And it might not be a Tillotson carb, just a Tillotson pump on a different brand carb
I have a KZH for example that also came with a Tillotson pump
(and thus tillotson markings on the pump body) Pumpbody matches the HL series...

Anyways.. the fuel inlet is the fitting ont he white plastic dome.
the other one is either an overflow return line, or an external pulse line...
depends on where it ends up at (in the pressured fuel chamber or the pulsed air chamber)
Other than that its at least very similar to Tillotsons HL, HR or HD series I'd say

But no fear.. get a few better images (well lit against a plain white background)
and together with the numbers send those to tillotson,
they can tell you what you have if it is a tillotson.
(and likely can provide you with the correct parts and service manual as well)

[EDIT]
looking at it for some more.. I'd lean towards it being an HL239B
