Stuck valve :(

I have a stuck valve on my briggs 3 horse. Its the gas/air one. I have everything off and am trying to get the rusted on clutch off and the side over, side cover is stuck on somehow. Any ideas on how to get it off and the clutch? I know the obvious prying with screwdriver and knocker loose.

you can get a 3-jaw puller from harbor freight for cheap. or use penetrating oil to loosen it.
