Well we filled up the box again. I started getting some weird emails yesterday that should have clued me in, but hey, I was working on paid work!

I think the answer is that we got some **** spammers trying to use the box as a relay, and that's also why some people aren't getting the welcome emails. Frustrating. I'm working on it now.

Thanks Chris for emailing me at my GMAIL address. I wouldn't have got anything at the diygokarts / limestonemedia addresses.

Turns out it seems like it was more benign. Some parts of some database tables got corrupted, ballooned in size, and then when we do backups daily quickly filled up the space. I put a deal in that'll email me when space gets low.

Makes sense. I was getting a "database error" on some of my attempts. Then again, the spam thing is believable. A couple days ago, I saw a suspect post, and checked out the member's other posts. 25 bloody spam posts all at once! GRRRR!!!

Hmm... Cant help you there.
Just a suggestion-
On a few forums I am a member of, users have to read a welcome thread before posting in each section. This thread can have helpful information and links to helpful threads. Dunno if this would be useful. It was on V-bulletin that I saw this.
