How long of a throttle cable do I need for this 606? Looking at the manual and it doesn't give the length. Also, should I go with a 6in or 8in brake disc? Wondering if anyone has a picture of their 606 or similar pedal configuration. Where there bolts and springs go. Thanks guys

I bought a cheap Chinese hydraulic brake system for low $20's to get a base, then swapped out an 84" brake line for the 18" that came in the set. Chose the 84" because my very loosely applied measuring tape said it wouldn't be enough, and some additional rigid linkage would be required to get there. It was the longest brake line available on Ebay at the time, that's how I chose it.
I suggest you do the same, applying a measuring tape very loosely, lots of extra slack allowed for, and if you're doing this in cable (not hydraulics) then I can't stress LOOSELY APPLIED measurement enough. The sharper your bends in a cable, the more raw spring strength you'll need to let it retract of its own accord smoothly and consistently. Make long sweeping bends in any brake or throttle cable, and get the slipperiest conduit/cable match available.

Comes down to ground clearance of the brake disc, and hopefully of the chain guard you'll have on it. Do the math for braking.................
9.42" circumference for a 6" disc, 12.56" circumference for an 8" disc. The larger the disc, the more braking power you get.
