Shocks won’t budge

Just picked up an old mini bike frame from one of my friends, the shocks on both the front and back won’t work, is there anyway I can try to get them to break lose, thx

Before you decide to order more (just for ****s and giggles) get 2 pieces of softwood 2x4 or equivalent material. Take the shocks off and soak the shafts with PB Blaster for about 2hrs. Place the bottom of the shock on a piece of wood then hold the other on the top (shock sammich), then whack it with a medium sized hammer. (28-36oz). If they budge repeat the process. Don't hit too much to the point of compromising the mounting tabs but whenever I want to keep shocks original to the bike that's the trick I always use. Works sometimes most of the time. (Actually 85%)

I sprayed them in pb yesterday haven’t gone out in the shop to check, been busy all day, I will find out tmr
