I modified my Yerf dog Spiderbox with a 09 Suzuki gs500f 51 hp 6 speed engine. Functions just like a car with foot clutch, dual master cylinder with front disc brakes and floor mounted shifter. Upgraded the front ball joints, reinforced the control arms and installed solid greasable pivots along with reinforcing the spindles. Installed 21x7x10 Kenda Klaw front tires on AMS wheels and 22x12x9 Kenda Bear Claw tires on AMS wheels on the rear. Extended the swing arm 10" with solid greasable pivots and reinforced the frame. Waiting for my adjustable nitrogen shocks to arrive. This is a work in progress. Next stage, roll bar, bumpers and lights. When I get everything done it will be disassembled and painted.

Very Nice. That thing should really haul the mail. With the kind of power you are making I would think a roll cage and harness is needed soon.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I fully agree. In one of my other posts I do mention that. In fact that is my next stage roll bar, bumpers and lights. I haven't been past 3rd gear standing on it because I just don't feel comfortable without the protection.
