OK, I have 2 Razors for my son one has 2 new battery's. 2 12V (24V) 7amp. Which it calls for. If I were to bump the other one up to, 2 12v (24V) 12 amp. Do I need to do anything to keep anything from burning up? I'm new to the electric go carts. And im sorry if this question has been asked 2 dozen times.

I don't think you'd burn it up, it should just last longer.

wouldnt a higher 12 amp over 7 amp generate more heat on the motor? Yes it may be faster. But just want to check before i go ahead with it.

I suppose it could, but the regulator is for controlling the current going to the motor. So, if anything, the regulator may get warmer when run with partial throttle vs. completely on.
