Great job. 34 mph is moving pretty good. Not a great job on " Couldn't find the kill switch ". The one on the engine might be easy to find when all is stationary, but when you're moving and it's needed RIGHT NOW it's always impossible to find. A kill button, or simple toggle switch should be placed in a very visible and easily reached place. I know that you are still a young kid, but this is at least your 2nd build. You should've known better about the kill button. Plus you should be wearing a helmet without being told to by your Dad.

I have a kill switch that I wired to it. It was like $6 but I just had it laying down near my feet not really screwed down to anything. After that it got screwed down to the area near the seat so I can easily reach it. Plus that’s as far as it reaches 🤣

I was at work yesterday, and my dad texted me and said he got it up to 40mph and he thinks it has a little more to go

But it only wobbles at a certain speed then after that it gets way smoother. That power wheels I built was way way way more sketchy than this. Although that power wheels looks a little better 🤪

When you say "wobbles", do you mean the steering is wobbly, or tires wobble?
C'mon, take the time to catch up before you ask questions! Post #159: "the one wheel wobbles really bad at a certain speed probably around like 15-20ish mph then after that and before that it gets smoother"
Yep, yur welcome!

So I was ridding around today and when I stopped the go kart tried to move on its own. It didn’t go too fast but still enough I had to shut it off. I put the rear tires in the air and tried to turn down the idle but it would just shut off. I also sprayed the clutch and it still didn’t change anything. Do you think I need a new clutch? My thought is it got messed up from the high gearing in my power wheels build and it engages too soon.

Sounds like you need a new clutch. Unless you can somehow adjust the one you have now. Maybe this would be a good time to upgrade to a torque convertor?

Seems like teens these days are not excited to drive. I know a ton of people with kids that are 18 or older and never even attempted to get there drivers license. I got my driving permit the day I turned 15 and got my license the day I turned 16. Glad to hear you are working and getting your permit! We need more young men like you in this country!

Convert to a TQ now if you can afford it. (y)

I can afford it but I think I’m going to use a clutch and sell it. I want to keep saving for a truck or car
