I have a 2004 shifter kart arrrow I bought some random at the track I bought in 22 last time I road it was a year ago. Trying to start it with a strap and push start and it didn’t work. Doesn’t go into first then when I put it in second don’t work as it the wheels still can spin easily my engine is pavisi. I think it’s my transmission cause I hear the click sounds but the rear tires move easily

A little hard to follow your post. Are you translating into english from another language? Is pavisi the brand name of your engine? I've never heard of it.

Sounds kinda like you missed second and shifted back into neutral. On dirtbike transmissions (which I assume is what it is, you have not posted pictures or the kart engine details) the gear order is 1-N-2-3-4-5.

That's a not made any more race engine. It's gonna be hard to get parts it looks like and maintenance hog too.
Sorry to say but if you can't figure out the shift pattern and can't get it to run it might not be the engine for you.
