Hello we are new to this line of fun and need some advice my 16 yr oldjust purchased a used kart and it needs repair however we no thing 1 about how to get the help and or work done we reside in southern Indiana.anyway when he starts it it squeals has almost no tracton and the lights dont work we pushed it home which is merely 5 blks and yet he went from a full tank to 1/4 tank and we have also heard that they illegal to drive
