New buggy need help figuring out what name it is

I just bought a new 150cc buggy today. Its says it was manufactured by Zhejiang kangdi jass motorsports. Manufactured in 2016. Need to know where a good place to get parts from. It runs and drives but when you get to full throttle it seems like it has a governor on it. And it has no brakes its got fluid in the reservoir. But really want to know on how to remove the governor on it.

Sounds like the carb may be plugged up. You would probably be better off posting in the kart section.

Check calipers for gelled brake fluid ... can look fine up top... moisture sinks in the fluid. [Had a old Suzuki every 2 years I was flushing calipers.

Ok thanks I'll try that. I've got one caliper that's not pushing any air out or fluid.
