Time for someone else to love this girl . . .

KenBar JP-8E Jeep Streaker Go Kart, “Dirt Dog”
Fiberglass body – custom run/kill switch on dash.
Honda GX140 5hp engine ~ 2 year old carb. Starts right up, runs perfect after warming up just a little. New spark plug, fresh oil change (4/2018). I have only ever used Mobil 1 synthetic for this engine. Air filter is about a year old and clean.
Winter project – stock wheels bead blasted and powder coated. I picked a Porsche silver that makes them look (mostly) like aluminum wheels. New valve stems and, of course, tires. 18x8.5-8 in the fronts, and 18x9.5-8 in the rear. Also new bearings at all 4 corners. Maybe 2 hours total on the new tires, but probably less.
Re-upholstered bench seat with nice foam and marine-grade vinyl. The seat adjusts 8” or so, with 4 or 5 positions. At 6’ 3”, I drive this kart all the time, it’s tight but not cramped. Move that seat up, and my 9 year old drives it, fitting fine.
Body has some random prior damage, nothing too big. Someone must have spray painted the bars in place, as there is a small amount of black overspray near the hood area.
Rear axle has twin disc brakes (you can still buy the pads) and a differential. She really drives and stops well.
When I first acquired the kart, I took the body off to work on it. I used all new stainless steel hardware when put the body back on, so, ya know, no rust.
Comes with spare drive belt and 4 wheel bearings.
These are very rare, and if you love Jeeps, or just want a 2-seat, adjustable seat, bodied go-kart, this one might be the one you have been looking for.
I'm looking for $1,000, but am willing to come down for someone on this forum
