So, I have this go kart that I need to order a wheel for and I can not seem to find the right size bolt pattern. It's a 4 bolt pattern and measuring diaganally from center of bolt to center it's 3 and 1/4 inches. which is like 82 mm. I would just change the hub completely because I have some 8" 4x4 wheels but the sprocket is bolted to the hub and I don't know where to search for a sprocket and adapter that will fit a 4x4 pattern. I'm pretty new to go kart building so forgive my ignorance. I'll try and have pics soon.

Single wheel drive I'm guessing? What's your axle size?

Umm a double flanged hub for a 4 bolt on 4" pattern with bearings for single wheel drive... to be honest I've been researching hubs for the passed month, and the only double flanged ones I've seen are far smaller then 4 on a 4" bolt circle....
There might be one out there but idk where.
Ad far as your current wheel, you have the hub, sprocket, and rim right and are needing a new tread, am I correct in assuming that?
If so then you don't have to worry about bolt patterns, just the size in the tire which should be printed on the side of the tire.

That doesn't sound right to me. Are you measuring stud holes across from one another over the center hole correct? Like the first image in this picture? Diagonal to me is saying that you're measuring, for example, from the top stud to a side stud.

I always feel compelled to say this, but my favorite way of measuring bolt hole centers is to put the one inch mark on the edge of one hole and measure to the corresponding edge of the other....(more exact than eyeballing centers)....(just subtract that inch)....
Others say measure from outside edge to outside edge. and subtract the diameter of the hole.....
But....either way eliminates eyeballing the centers.....

Yeah.........not what I recommended or asked for....but looks like somewhere around. 3 and 3/16".....but see.....we're still guessing right?

The only time Ive seen a bolt pattern like that is off a cheap chineese like 50cc atv my cousin had.

Torque converter or centrifugal clutch? And what's wrong with the rim that you need to change it? Bent?
Your best, and probably cheepies route is to stick with small tires, you can get a 4 on 2 13/16 double flange hub for around 15$ + shipping and the wheels are cheap enough.
Are all your other rims/tires/hubs good? If so what are the sizes of the tires?
Get back with us and we can advise you on the cheepies routes to go, and also our opinions of what you can do and what we think you should do.
One more question, do you have a drill press? If so there is plenty of "meat" on those hubs to drill a new pattern. Probably not a 4 on 4" pattern, but deffinetly a smaller more common pattern.

The other wheel is missing. Some where along the line a family member has misplaced it. And yes I have a drill press. Never made a new hub pattern though. And it's a clutch.

My opinion is to just get new hubs/wheels. You can attempt to drill a new lug pattern, especially if you plan on getting new hubs anyways if it doesn't work.
