Does anyone know how to upload straight from a smart phone,like my LG? I hate having to use photobucket. ... and when i try on here it does nothing....

Well, fairly simple actually,
open the forum of your choice
(I'd suggest this: http://www.diygokarts.com/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=14 )
On the upper left you'll find a button named "New Thread"
click it and start typing.
(small textfield is for your topic, large for your post)
In that forum for example tell us a little about yourself, where you're from and what you're up to.
Just read a few of the threads there to see what others wrote.
Take it as a testrun.
Then find a good place for your question amongst these forums:
http://www.diygokarts.com/vb/index.php
and just do the same for your question.
Oh and before that you should search for a similar thread here:
http://www.diygokarts.com/vb/search.php
Just type in some keywords 'clutch cleaning' or 'carb maintenance' or whatever
and see if someone answered the question already

I don't know if it's available on all smartphones but I use an app called tapatalk to browse forums on my iphone. It lets you post pics straight from the app.

I get the occasional pop up add for it on my tablet; the way it seems to want to advertise that you're using it is more than enough to have me say "NOPE".
Me too. I prefer the classic website look though. Tapatalk just messes the look up, and I do not like change

I did not see any of the options you mentioned to insert a picture, just the URL, no manage..
I added one from my Facebook page, didn't show, just an icon, then I just added the hyperlinks to the pictures, but likely my security will block anyone from viewing them...

Post #1 is very helpful for those using a PC but, it was written a long time ago, before iPhones, smart phones, tablets, tapatalk, etc, so, if anyone has sure fire, "idiot proof" instructions on uploading pics from these devices, please post below in detail...
