I was having problems with my Comet 30 TC. When I took it apart I found out that the crankshaft itself was damaged and the chain itself was ever so slightly off-center. Long story short I'm wondering if it is possible to move the small sprocket on the TC over to the right (even if only slightly) as to align the chain better by adjusting the nut on the shaft (seen in the last picture).

I got a similar situation with a 40 series. I can't align my axle sprocket to the jackshaft sprocket without the chain hitting the driven pulley. My plan is swap the jackshaft sprocket with the spacer to the right of it. Should give me enough room on both sides.

Just trying to give you some ideas. :)
