Lets see, I am 26 and from Oklahoma I won't scream "BOOMER SOONER" I think Billy Sims did enough of that. Anyways I just fixed up a go kart for my son for Christmas. I didn't build it from ground up but I did put a lot of time into it and it sparked a new hobby. Now I have a mini bike in the works as well as an old gas powered golf cart frame and diff that I am hoping to make into an off road buggy. That's pretty much it. Here is the before and after of my first kart, nothing special but I think my 6 y/o should like it.

Well unfortunately he doesn't live with me full time so it was some what easy to hide. My dad actually built my first go kart when I was 7 and I remember the hours and gallons of fuel I burned. My mom asked if it was gonna be from Santa, I said are you crazy? Santa isn't getting credit for this lol.

that's awesome.... he's gonna love it. I remember being that young and seeing the other kids with go karts and I always wished that my parents would get me one, but they never did. Finally a few years later I talked my mom into getting me a Nintendo 64 for Christmas because I knew a friend of mine would trade me his go kart for it... and he did. boy, my mom was pissed!!! haha.
