Help Me Adjust This Carb. Please

Can someone please help me adjust this carb on a B&S intek 6 hp model # 110432 0121 E1 date code 990608. I disassembled and cleaned carb, cranks great, runs great with one notch left to go on the choke(open it), adjusted idle but it will not stay, just idles higher. Adjust idle again, same thing. Got a good return spring on the gov arm and good throttle cable connections.HELP------THANKS

If you're referring to high and low speed mixture screws, there aren't any.
A more thorough cleaning is needed. Doesn't take much to clog jets. Try running some injector cleaner through it.
Might have to pop some Welch plugs, if so equipped, to get at everything.
Make sure fuel and air filters are in place and doing their job to help prevent carb problems.
