Go kart stuck in reverse

Go kart won't shift into forward and it seems like the gas pedal is stuck. Help. There are no cables broke

Gy6 setup? Long case, short case? Aftermarket F/N/R gearbox? Pictures?

Try lowering the rpms on the go kart first... Twist the screw on top of your carburetor next to throttle cable counterclockwise.. and try it.... Or whenever is off shift it to neutral.
