I'm sure, with a little rubbing compound, you can buff them scratches wright out.

Saw a add for a pickup truck that said. “For sale old pickup truck. Needs parts, no title. All it was is 4 bald bias ply tires no rims. Spaced out to the approximate wheelbase and width of an old truck.
