I want to build an electric go-kart for a competition, but I'm confused about how to actually make it. Right now, I already have a go-kart design and have done research on vehicle dynamics, frame design, and electrical systems.
Is there a fundamental guidebook or manual for building a go-kart? Also, I’m looking for references on the sizing of parts like the spindle, upright, etc. For the frame, the competition organizers have provided the size regulations and a template. However, my team still struggles to understand the proper assembly of the go-kart.
