Hi guys,
I recently acquired a Flamin Drift II Kart from a mate and am in the middle of a solid restoration to surprise my kids. It is in dire need of attention all round and am replacing all parts that have failed.
The one part I am finding very difficult to come by is the brake master cylinder. It is different to a normal kart because this is a hand lever controlled brake, not foot. Normally you would just get a horizontally mounted motorbike brake lever but this also does not work. The lever is mounted vertically on the F1 style steering wheel, with the fluid reservoir mounted above the lever. Please see the image below.
If anyone can help me where I can get one of these I'd be really appreciative. Or even alternatives like levers with a remote reservoir.
I live in Sydney Australia but I don't mind where I have to get it from.
