Hello,

I am kitting a build and want to make sure I am not going to run into problems with the valves/timing. Any advice is helpful. Thanks!

Engine Build:
Predator 212 (non-hemi)
Gov and oil sensor removed
.010 head gasket
5.26 chromoly push rods
Billet flywheel
Billet connecting rod (with bearing ofc)
.308 camshaft
36 LB springs
1:1 ratio rockers (not original)
Valve cover spacer
Mikuni Clone carb
Exhuast and air filter

Also, is there any cheaper flywheel than the one on GoPowerSports that is still safe up to 10k RPM?

Thanks again!

As long as the aftermarket billet rod is the stock length, and you run 1 to 1 rockers ( like champions ) you won't have clearance problems with that cam.
ARC billet parts are expensive. They are also made in the USA, and I my opinion, the best money can buy. Like they say, you'll never regret buying the good stuff.

I never used one of those Amazon flywheel that cost $30. I would try a PLV one possibly, but never tried those either. If I upgraded a flywheel I used ARC or Ambush Racing.

Don't EC Carbs also sell numerous flywheels?
Basic performance kits get you to 7000rpm on the kart, billet flywheels are for your safety and they come at 32 timing double bonus!
