Hey guys. I’m putting a 200ex back together. Looking at the parts diagram it shows on the triple tree a washer on top and a washer on the bottom. No washers in between, just the frame tube with the bearings and bolt.
I put it together like that. (I also found a small washer when I took it apart “between” the triple tree which wasn’t in diagram)
Anyway, there is a big gap at the bottom...or the top if I lift up. Is this intentional? Nothing is bent or messed up, it just seems odd to me. I am attaching pics of how I have the 2 washers and the gap I’m talking about. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike
PS...is there a torque spec for this through bolt?
And unrelated but what about a torque spec for the front and rear axles?
