I normally use thinner wall tubing to make manifolds, like scraps of mower exhaust pipe.Opinions anyone?
I will have to check if I can find some thinner tubing. The way I mocked it up was angled out slightly from muffler, I'll do some more digging in scrap hopper to see if I can find something a little better. I wish there was one made that wasn't 50 bucks or whatever.I normally use thinner wall tubing to make manifolds, like scraps of mower exhaust pipe.
Lots have bends that can be repurposed. Gives more clearance for bolt head/nut.
I would just make the whole manifold one steel piece, fitted close to the frame as possible/not have air cleaner bulging out.
Just my thoughts.
