Hi,
ive recently built a minibike from scratch (photos comming soon). Its got a 5.5hp engine and a 12:72 ratio on it, the clutch im using atm is a max torque stanard centrifugal clutch. The only problem is its just suddenly started slipping loads. Ive stopped using the bike because of it. Ive tried to clean up some of the residue inside the clutch but it still slipps. How can i take appart the clutch completely to degrease it and change bearings etc.
Im a little stumped so any help would be much apreciated.
cheers
bill

you're not goign to want to take it apart completely. It is almost impossible to get them back together. Sounds like you've got grease/oil in the mix. Spray it with carb cleaner or something to degrease the areas where the throw-outs slip against the bellhousing.
