closed threads

im bringing up a topic that was posted before about all the threads being closed and ur answer was they are closed between thirty and sixty days because sometimes the original starter of the thread are gone. well...im very new to this board but im on many many others and i personally think its better to keep them open because even though the original owners might not currentyly be here with you guys.....as new exsiting members come and read and read and read everything there is to read, the threads will be continued and they can learn a whole lot of information, and most time their questions will already be answered for them. like i said im new...just a suggestion

I understand that some people will have something to add down the line -- but I'd rather have someone start a new thread than continue an old one. Old threads don't need reviving, they need to be closed. And a new one, with new life, should take it's place. I appreciate the input, though! And welcome to the board!
