When I got it was in pieces. Just a rusty bare frame and a box of misc parts. The axle and drive train was gone. Now it's got it's got a posi rear end (39"axle from bmikarts). I welded my motor plate on and added a Honda 5.5hp. Disc brakes with an 8 inch disc and Airheart mechanical caliper. I picked up the rear tires at a swap meet. They are 16 inch kendas (off of a little quad I think). Front tires are just lawn mower tires with split rims. The frame I bought from a kid whose dad had it built by a fabricator. I plan to tear it down to have the frame blasted and painted....I'm thinking kawasaki green! Thanks for looking.

I do really like this frame though (and the other one too really) so if I found another cool frame then I would probably just snag that up. These two project have taken me quite awhile since I have to sqeeze the time inbetween work and the rest of the kids. I dont know how I'd have time to fab a frame...lol

My welds broke on my motor plate so I have a plan of action to reinforce the mounting plate. I think that the slight twisting of the motor was probably what was causing my chain to be thrown off. I'll take more pics of the updated design...

I added a piece of tubing to the frame (down the long side of my motor plate). So now the plate sits on the frame on all 4 sides. Then I welded the plate itself to the frame on all 4 sides. We took it out and gave 'er h*ll...lol... So far so good! I'm starting to get a knack for that little welder that I have.
