The Neway cutters I was looking at are

CU 112
0.975" 45*
22.5mm - 29mm

CU 111
1.000" 60*

With the 5.52mm solid tapered pilot

CU103 is a dual sided 31* / 46*

(won't work on 24mm exhaust valves)

Close to $225 plus shipping for a quality set of cutters with the pilot and handle.
Expensive three angle valve job for a two valve engine.
Valve jobs cost about $50 or $60 if you have to pay shipping. Cant justify it yet.

Interesting, I figured at that price they were at best HSS and wouldn't touch a hardened valve seat. I guess the seats in China engines aren't Stellite. Maybe this cheapo set would be useful?
