Yeah, what's the big mistake ? Work like this keeps us old guys busy doing something productive BUT the best part is it keeps Grampa very popular with the Grandkids. It sure works for me. Hope it does for you too. Also welcome to
the forum, lots of good folks here. If you run into any issues give a holler, for sure someone on here will be able to help.

Sorry, on repeated posts. Not good with technology,LOL. Decent with my hands Though. A little disciption of the Kart, it's a Carter 2506, 1 wheel Peel, originally wheelbase was 36" x 46", 13x5x6 tires in front and 15x6x6 turf tires in the rear. Stretched the frame 4" and wided it 15". I know someone is slapping their forehead now. Now is 51" wide and 51" kingpin to center axle. 15x5x6 Carlise Snow hogs on 6x5.5 DWT's and the rear are "Chynaa" 18x9.50x8 on 8x9 DWT's with a 4x4 spacing, gearing is 7.2 to 1, with a Series 30 TC. And yes it's Kobota Orange. Magic brand paint from Rural king, with 3 coats of clear

I would like a little feedback, on "Hardly a Mistake" LOL. I'LL gladly take some criticism. it's my first fab on a go kart. Took it for a spin and excited my expectations. Perfect speed with gearing, rode smooth, steering was awesome, and could take a full turn at full speed. Perfect for the younger Kids

These grandkids are the one's I have to contend with. She's a tall 10yr old, he's just 3, but drives the daylights out of upgraded 20v Jeep.

Criticism. OK. But it's not on anything you did. It's what you should still do, especially for the kids. PUT the roll cage and lap shoulder belts back on it.
It will be a safer ride equipped that way.

Not gonna happen Sorry, that is the reason I made it so wide. At least with a stock motor. Maybe when they are ready for real power. Factory cage is JANCKY at best.

Other than not going live axle I don’t see any mistakes at all! None! Zip! Zero! Zilch! Nada! Nine! And Nyet!
Sorry Denny, I'm a Ironworker not a English major. Proof reading is not my strongest asset. Forgot the word WAS. Added a mechanical disc brake also, not really impressed over the band brakes. Anyway a 44" live axle.
