Building a Rokonish Like Sorta thing

I am completely new and this will be my first project so I thought maybe a little know how from the the people who have tried this sort of thing might go a long way.

wanted to include some info about myself.

I'm a cheap skate who doesn't care to spend 5500 dollars on what amounts to a oversized mini-bike with a 6hp motor. I think a guy with some ingenuity and guidance from folks like you could build one for a a whole lot less. I'm from wyoming and this would be a great getting around machine for fishing, hunting, or just general exploring. Nicetameetcha.
