This might be the most frustrating video I’ve ever watched.

Title: “SUPERCHARGED the ENGINE!!!

Description : Group of friends fails to remove the governor and then ADJUSTS THROTTLE LIMITING SCREW by using phone a friend for instructions.

What paint / clear coat rattle cans for motorcycle gas tank Plan on running E-85, not that I think it matters all that much.

Been considering DupliCplor or Rustoleum Engine Enamel..

What do y’all use for fuel resistant paint?

Let’s see if I’ve improved…

I want to lay these few down, then I’ll do some grinding, then there’s a couple I want to redo.

The ones on the outside are the ones I wanted to redo, but I figured I’d do the inside first.

It seems like I got some heat into it this time. Maybe not evenly distributed heat, but seems hotter than others.

And then the outside, trying to put more heat into the other part after seeing where the heat went while doing the inside.

Still fuggly but probably a lot better than a few weeks ago.

Obnoxious Red for the gas tank.
It’ll look stupid for sure but I’m kinda going for color scheme that represents the archetypal minibike, a child’s toy.

Plus red makes it fast.

I agree. Welds are getting better. Are you practicing on scrap or just learning on the most critical parts of your bike. Lol.

Those old burbans are good for key downs. Bunch of radio nerds competing on who can be heard over each other.
With AM radio only the strongest signal will be heard. Go you line up next to each other and about 10 miles out is a receiver judge. One guy yells 111111 the other guy yells 222222. The receiver will only hear the strongest station and declare winner.
Keep in mind a stock cb is FCC regulated to 4 watts. These guys are running multiple alternators on the engine, massive transformers in the back and huge amplifiers. 4k 5k watts out. Fire in the wire! Watch the plasma arc off this antenna at about the 1:00 mark.
You can see some alternators hanging off the other one.
RF is some crazy stuff.

I’ve just been practicing on the most crucial parts. I am debating with myself if I want to make the front of the bottom box (which is 1.5” x 2.5” x 1/8” wall) with miter joints or more like a T.

I understand the miter joint is stronger and it is better to connect 4 sides to 4 sides as opposed to the other way which connects 4 sides to one side.

Im not sure if the welding is easier with the fillet welds as opposed to outside corner welds and butt welds,
