Bent axle?

Alright so yesterday I noticed my go karts axle is bent. The right wheel and sprocket both wobble slightly. Its a 1" axle and the question I have is is there too much distance between the wheel and bearing and could this have bent the axle. Or could the axle just be bad quality. (It was actually slightly bent when I got it.)

Way too much space between the 2. I have the same axle on a golf cart with with a motorcycle engine and don’t have any issues. But my spacing is a lot closer to the bearing. It’s about a inch or two clearance on mine.

If you sleeved the axle in the gaps, it may help prevent that.
