First real gokart and had no idea what I was buying... Turns out it is an oval kart. I flipped the spacers around on the front wheels and that made a huge difference in making right hand turns. Any other tips on adjustments? I realize it is not going to be perfect, but I would like to try and get it close until I find another chassis.

For instance should the outside of the tires line up? Or should the outside of the front wheels line up with the insides of the rear wheels?

should the rear wheels be the exact distance from bearing blocks on each side?

I believe it is a haase:
Pics are before I made any changes:

You'll find lots of good setup info online if you google the term: 'Sprint kart setup guide'.

Here's a link to good setup guide get you started: https://cometkartsales.com/xcms_entry.php?xcmsentryid=23

PS: I'm not sure what brand your kart is, but I've never ran across any LTO/oval-kart models made by Haase. Some of the more popular oval kart brands you could research are: Phantom, Ultramax, Southern Express Racing Chassis, Trick, Laser-CKI, Platinum Chassis, Charger, Slack Chassis and Legend Chassis.

There were serveral other brands of oval karts, you'll find most of those brands listed in the titles at this oval kart forum: https://karting.4cycle.com/forumdisplay.php?28-Other

Thank you for the links!

I was told it might be a haase when I bought it. It has a VIN tag and on the back it has Stage II painted on it.

Your welcome

You could post a new thread at that bobs4cycle forum, those guys will know brand it is. I'd post in their general discussion section, but posting pics is different there. You'll need to upload your pics to any photo hosting site (like photobucket) first, then simply include the link to your pics in your post.
