3 day mini chopper build

Time Restriction: 3 days
Objective: Make a ride able mini chopper with little or no money spent.

The chopper frame was built out of exercise equipment that was collected from the rubbish collection. The forks, seat, wheel holders and a few other parts like cables and levers were taken from a scrap mountain bike also found in the rubbish collection. The engine came off an edger which was donated by a friend of my dads. The chain was given to us by my dads friend. He has a roll of about 15m of 35 pitch chain so he said take what ever you want. The wheels came from a small kids bike and the sprocket came from ebay. All metal used came from the scrap.

The total cost is:
Sprocket: $36.00
Exhaust system and motor mounting hardware: $14.00
Chain idlers: $6.00 (yet to buy these but i will)

Total: $56.00 AUD

Its not totally completed yet, it still needs brakes, exhaust need a brace, the chain needs a bit of adjusting and it needs some paint.

lol Gjob guys! that thing sounds cool! and with some grinding and a bit of paint those welds won't looks so scary!

I think instead of having that big ole long fork you should make a bobber with it, bobbers are so cool... flat black...red rims....
