2007 ninja ex250 engine on Coleman kt200

Hello everyone getting ready to starting building my custom kart got a good 2007 ninja 250ex engine harness and everything from the bike I could need few things I'm looking for some guidance or help on. First thing is where do I find a 420 front sprocket for this engine as I cannot find a live axle kit for 520 sprocket or maybe I'm just blind. Also a shifter setup any info would be greatly appreciated I can fab and assemble whatever just looking for info on those 2 problems I'm facing thanks.

You'll have to piece together a 520 kit. Azusaparts.com (spin off of Azusaeng I think) has 520 sprockets up to 60 tooth. Though only aluminum, they seem to hold up from a few people on minibuggy.net who use them. They also do split sprockets for like $0.50 I believe. You'll want to do a 1 1/4" axle. So you'll need wheel hubs, sprocket hub (with matching pattern for the sprocket, brake disc.
