That blower housing is off of a vertical engine. If you look at the emblem you will notice that the words are upside down. Those numbers are of no use to you. That engine is more than likely a 3hp.

What cam are you running? Is it a hemi?

It is ¾ keyed. The crank for electric starts are longer than normal because the flywheel with the ring gear is bigger.

Do you live at high altitude? I am only 95' above sea level and a 110 is lean here. I run a 130 or 135 main.
