Sorry port in question is the hose at the top right of the carb...it comes completely out.

I didn't know that. But on my hunt for tires locally I did find tubed 15x6.00 tires with a wheel at Tractor Supply. I had no idea go kart tires were going to take up days of my life but I love it. I'm going to try and use a Carlisle Turf Saver.
