    E3 spark plug

Went to buy a champion rj19lm plug for my tecumseh hssk 50. Saw these E3.10 on display next to them so thought why not. Only $6. The old plug was doing ok and looked good I thought. I have read good reviews about them but some say they made little difference. For me there was a noticeable...

    The abandoned factory parking lot.

A little rough but big enough. Took the dog there today and the steering was neutral. Happy with the handling. I took a video on my I phone and trying to upload to YouTube. I will post it if it uploads.:auto:

E Z load ramp for the junk yard dog.

Used a couple of 8' 2x6s. Fastened a 5 1/2" piece of 1x2s on the bottom at the top of each one to keep them from sliding. I can easily pick up the front of the kart and roll it up or down. There is a large vacant parking lot at a closed factory nearby. I will be able to see how the dog handles...

    5300 rpm

Is this hssk50 engine going to last? Took the junk yard dog out for a speed test after removing the governor and installing the header and high flow air cleaner. Also put in synthetic 10w30 oil. Hit 32 mph on two runs. According to the calculator that is 5300 rpm. What are the odds that I...

    Mistake removing the governor

 well I was thinking. Why not just leave the engine on the kart which I did. Jacked up the left side and proceeded to take off the chain, clutch, and side cover. But then while removing the governor shaft that goes through the front case I accidently pulled out the cam and the lifters...

Fabbed a header for the junkyard dog.

Found a piece of 1" I.d. Pipe in my junk pile. Had to oval it at the front to weld it to the mounting plate so I could get the cap screws in. Now my question. With the high flow air cleaner and header will I have to reject the carb on the tecumseh flathead?
