    Almost done!!

    The rear tires 13 inches the sprocket clears on left turns. I could have used a jack shaft but I want this to be as basic as possible and I like having it look more like a "classic" mini bike.

    hey guys i have a question

    I got the sprocket from OMB warehouse. The rear wheel on mine was changed to a 6 inch wide go kart single tire rim. I still had to weld the sprocket to the hub. The flang on the hub was to small to get a substantial set of bolts on to secure it. It works great so I'm happy.

    Almost done!!

    Changed the rear end. I was having lots of trouble keeping the chain on when I hit a bump even with a tensioner. I saw an earlier post of the same bike without the reared. So I removed it, cut and welded the axel hangers to the frame. This short end the chain nearly 14 inches. Now the chain...

    I am working on the same one. I have a 12 tooth clutch and 72 tooth sprocket with a 212cc motor. It has loads of torque and good Speed.
