rewired and reswitched.its running now

i replaced all switchs and went around the kart checking for any current .then i put a new stator ,flywheel cdi box coil and plug it fired right up.i think its fixed i have started it at least 10 times now.I NEVER did find the bandit but it seems okay now.thank you

they are plug and play where wou,ld you look for a short

you can google gy6150ccv wire diagram or search on utube i have found wireing diagrams on both for that gy6 motor

got a new problem.I have a 2006 hammerhead twister gt150.i pretty much rebuilt the kart .now a wire got disconnected o a head light fixed it and the next time i tried to start it would not start. Did some digging and found no spark so its old so i changed the whole ignition system when i tried...

okay .i think you might be on to something .come to think of it ran fine before the voltage reg fried and i changed all the charging system stater and all im pretty shur it hasnt run correctly since

i dont think so it was made to be off road i seen a go kart with one of those every time his kids hit a good bump the motor died

i can pull the plug and its dark in a short time so if anything it running rich.but if i turn it down say 1/2 turn then its much worse.it takes off slow and very slow to get its headway up. i got run the idol way up to keep from dieing

denny i dont have a gage but it pulls my big *** right up the hill in front of my house and its a dandy

i thought it was sucking air but i cant find where. i sprayed starting fluid around fittings but i didnt notice anything going on

it takes off great if your in gravel it will throw gravel but it going down a steep hill as you let off the throttle it will kick back like it out of gas going down at least a couple times then when first stop it acts like it wants die i give it a little pump on the gas it will then idol but ruff

or beating it to death with a axe handle

i tuned all the carbs

no but i just rebuilt the motor

filters been changer as well as fuel lines and vacuum lines .now you got me on the clutch and belt .what would they have to do with hard starting ect.
