I have now restored two late 50’s Track Rabbits manufactured by Presserld in Sebring, Ohio. I were a lower cost type of 1/4 midget around the time production go karts were being introduced. Track Rabbits had a national distribution and I believe very few are still around. Attached are pictures.5BBD9E55-4432-4472-9E0F-3A9ABF38C126.jpeg

Nice job, do they have a 2nd brake pedal inside the body?
Yes there is an inside brake pedal. They were mainly made for young kids to race. The outside pedal was for an adult but when I sit in the thing my knees are almost touching my chin.

Cool! What kind of clutch is on there, centrifugal? I ask because when I was a kid back in the 70's, Dad bought us an old kart that looked a lot like that - 2-piece fiberglass body, scrub brakes, etc. Only this one had a clutch lever on the left side that went through a bell crank to squeeze two plates together on the crankshaft to grab the drive sprocket. As I remember it was a pretty cool setup, but I've never seen one since.

Engines in the late 50’s were Clinton or Larson. The white one now has a Predator and I have not put an engine in the other yet.
Thanks
