This has an asymmetrical belt, the driven pulley is flat one side, the driving pulley looks to be conical on both sides. Are these parts mixed up?

time to mount my converter, they sent a spacer thats 1/4 inch too long. How much space needed between fixed face and mounting plate. Predator 5ph 3/4 shaft

My mini bike project sat for two years. Now I've got to get back up to speed. That gas tank has a plastic hose connection on top. The manual says it's a check valve. It's just a vent for the tank isn't it? Or is there a return line from the carb. thanks

Mini bike kit, having trouble mounting the converter. If I tip it down the frame interferes. If it's level the head is in the way, tried shaving the support fins on the bearing support. It still interferes with the air shroud, around the cylinder. Does that have to come off. ---------- Post...

I'm going to use a belt drive system from motor to jack shaft at 2.2 to 1 How do I figure speed if the input is 10 and the axel shaft is 54 or 5.4 to one. Thanks ahead of time tap I found another formula:thumbsup::cheers2:

Where is the fuel for the primer bulb routed from? And is it possible to remove the bulb W/O destroying it? The guy on utube tore it apart, I would like to save it if at all possible. thanks

Before I tear into this thing, anything I should be looking for? tecumseh 195cc power sport/well used spark appears weak/yellow and intermittent, I suspect it's the gap at the coil. Are these coils suspect? The ignition on/ off switch is in-op could be there. The motor ran good a couple weeks...

Finally got this thing to move on it's own power. I had to weld up the sprocket carrier, new sprocket (54t), BMI converter, rebuild the brakes, new rear tires, HF engine and throttle cable. Tomorrow road test. You Tube pizzes my off, tried to turn down the music, couldn't...

I got the kart ready to run EXECPT This HF 212 predator came W/O a shaft bolt. The one supplied with the BMI converter is 8X1.25, it wont thread in. Does anyone know what the crank is tapped for? It doesn't look like a fine thread.

I'm putting a stock 8hp briggs on this kart. Want to replace the updraft carb with a tillotson. I can't tell which one, looked a the racer site. That's all alky and hotrod stuff. No I don't want any more slide carbs.Thankyou

I couldn't find a thread found a site with parts but no HP info displacement says 195cc, I'd guess thats 5hp? thanks
