I used JB weld on a diesel tractor engine once. It held and is still holding after several years. I don’t think you can get more vibration than a diesel. As the other guy said clean and dry.

Ok I’m new. I just picked this cart up a few days ago. Previous owner put the wrong belt on. I’m rebuilding the axle also. My question is how do I get the driver off the engine shaft? I thought it would just slide off. I didn’t want to apply pressure on it until I found out from someone that knows.

I'm new to the forum. My grandson has decided he wants to build his own kart. I look forward to learning how to as much as my grandson. David
