Make the keys at on the shaft bigger by grinding. Done.

I need to adjust this axle sprocket to line it up. It looks like the hub is threaded. Do I just loosen the jam nuts and spin the hub on the axle?

Well....I'm retired now. Time to get back into fixing karts!!!

It's a one-wheel-peel kart. The drive wheel is different than all the others.

If I had a drive wheel, I would measure it. I don't have one.

I understand that, but I do not know what sizes are required for the drive wheel. There are a lot of options.
