I have a frame made up from 7/8" stainless but have the motor mount and seat mount,head tube + everything else just plate steel etc. Do I have to get this all Tigged? Can I just use my Lincoln 140 for all of this ? This is for a mini bike frame like the one in my avatar.

What are most of the mini bike frame diameters? The plans I was looking at call for 7/8" x .085 wall tubing. Can I go 3/4"? Is it a HP thing or more of a person weight thing?

Just wondering if anyone has purchased a 2" radius conduit bender for 7/8" tubing for their projects? I asked one local electrician about the ones they use and it seemed that theirs didn't wrap that tight of a radius? Any companies make this or can I make this with some parts? Any info would...
