    GX200 Turbo project

Im keeping the engine bone stock, so yes. Since i have some 2stroke engines in plans, this thing will probably be returned to N/A after im done, and the turbo will be used for testing on a different project. Plan was to use this as a basis for a minibike, but probably will use a 2stroke.

No biggie, hey i learned most stuff about hondas and the 212 gang from here.. Will probably make a thread about the TT65 when the time comes during the build-off, me and @karte_m0lim will probably have a heated rivalry 😁

Considering the two engines above will do 20000RPM+ for short periods... Yea its 20-25h if you want to maintain peak performance.. Pistons are 50€ a pop, but things get expensive when rebuilds are needed. I can get away with just a bore and hone to next piston size if the crank remains in spec...

For track days, yea. But, il drop the gearing to like, 7:1 or so to drop the RPM, and i run 5% mix to get some more life out of them. Have a few quick videos of em driving, but should get a proper helmet and cam. Have this one to work on still, and if things go good, i will probably use it as...

Freshly rebuilt, and took them both for a spin... Right one is a Parilla TT75 reed induction, left one is a Comer 350V rotary valve induction. Both run a 50mm stroke, with 49.89 and 50mm bore. Both are running 2,2mm BTDC timing, and HL360 carbies. The test drive went... Well, compared to the...

    GX200 Turbo project

I did some math with advice from @65ShelbyClone , and if i did it correctly , the red dot on the graph is where the Chonda engine sits ... not too promising . Data i used : 212cc engine capacity , 80% VE , 4500RPM , the planned horsepower is 10HP which at the ideal 14.7:1 ratio and with the air...

    GX200 clone charging coil

As the title says , i have a question about putting a charging coil on a GX200 clone . I recently aquired a GX200 clone that i plan to use for a minibike (Rondo is on the backburner , sorry ) and id like to have at least a headlight powered by the engine . I grabbed two charging coils from...

    New to parts washers

As the title says , im quite new to these recirculating parts cleaning tubs . I got this 80L model , with a 20L/min pump , 4 legs and an extra shelf to store stuff for 100$. Now , what is the best "solvent" to use in these ? I bought some concentrated car shampoo / degreaser that im going to...
