Need a wheel to fit this hub!!

Can anyone help? I need a rim/wheel with an overall diameter (inc. tyre) roughly 14", no more than 3.5" wide and to fit any one of these live axle hubs: http://www.mfgsupply.com/m/c/53-681.html http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_52526_52526...

    My Trike build

Me and a mate started on a little trike build today. Got a Suffolk Punch (British cylinder mower engine) engine, a 52 tooth axle and a pair of 16x6.5" rears. Got a nice set of 20 inch chrome ape hangers in the workshop which would look awesome on it too. Live rear axle should be wild too :D

    Any sprockets for this wheel?

Does anyone know any sprockets for this hub? It has a 4x70mm PCD. http://www.northerntooluk.com/tyres-and-wheels-and-castors/steel-wheel-assemblies/10in-pneumatic-tyre_wheel-knobbly_13431E.html

What's 219 chain like? Pitch is 0.300" right? Is it possible to be used on a minibike?

    How dark is too dark?

I am just curious as to what darkness of tinted welding glass is sufficent for arc welding. I don't know any measurements or levels of tint for now, so does anyone have any screenshots or examples of the ideal tint?

I have a 3hp Briggs and took apart the throttle lever parts held on by a screw on the fuel/air passage. How does it re assemble?

    Split hub wheel wobble

I have two split hub 10 inch pnuematic tyres on my minibike and they wobble because the bolts are not tight enough. However the bolts are hard to do up tighter because two have been replaced with longer ones which attach to a peice of flat section which has a hole going through it, which the...

    Personal minibike speed records?

I am interested how fast peoples minibikes can go, and what is the fastest they have ever been on a vintage minibike (not pocketbikes). My top speed on my scratch build is 20.9mph. Sounds slow, but doesn't feel like it when you have no suspension, and no brakes, and also a scratch built frame...

I think this site needs a picture gallery section, like oldminibikes.com has. Every user can post pictures there: What do you say?

    Noisy centrifugal clutch

I have a Comet centrifugal clutch and today when I the engine turned it on, the clutch had a clunky, loud noise coming from in it. What is this?

    Chain sizes GRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been really confused recently with the whole chain sizing thing. I have a bicycle, front sprocket on my minibikes axle, and a chain which fits it. Now, I have bought a 10 tooth, 41# size clutch for it and it dosen't fit the chain, despite the fact that I've looked at numerous chain...

    Tap and Die shaft threading

I have bought a 41 size chain, 10 tooth, 3/4 inch bore Max Torque clutch from MFG supply for my mininbike, and as it is in the states and I'm in the UK, it will take a while. Anyway, the shaft on my engine is about half the length as a typical Briggs 3hp shaft, and therefore the clutch would...

    Speedometer

Is there any sort of cheap, simple speedometer to use on a minibike. I was wondering if a bicycle one would work.

    Brakes for homebuild

I've built a homemade minibike which is, or was, clutchless, but I have been recently converting it to clutched. The reason I had no brakes before was because with a clutchless setup, you stop the engine and you stop, due to compression. But now, or when the clutch comes in the post, I won't...

    Pnuematic wheels: Live axle?

On my current (totally homebuilt) minibike I have a 10 inch, pnuematic, 5/8 bore wheel, with bearings. Now, I want live axle and although my current setup is holding, it consists of increasingly large box section welded to the hub so no weld is exposed to the bearing. The other end of the box...
