Thank you guys for all the kind words! I had never though about using the quickrete with the go kart before but I guess that's not such a bad idea. Lol It's actually to extend my patio up to the door of my shop, and there's about 2500lbs. of it there. I look forward to participating and hope I don't need too much help!

Axle mounted and some engine detailing done. Also got most of the rest of the parts, just need to buy some more 1" tube to run the frame rails.

Personally, I used pitbike footpeg springs & reshaped them to my needs; a couple of dollars each at any pikbike supplier...

You can see the brake pedal spring in this pic...

:lolgoku: That's exactly what happened; my ankle was still healing & wasn't quite strong enough to hit the brake hard enough; instead of sliding, I drove straight into the curb...
