Ok, so sand the rotor and you have a beautiful hydraulic setup! Also, I bet that the sprocket won't work with the Lifan unless you change the Lifan's drive sprocket, but either is a simple fix. What did you pay?

Hey Dan, cool kart man!

I noticed your Lifan drive sprocket is on the left side so your karts angled rear cross bar's gonna be pretty close to the axle sprocket. Might be fine though, Shifter karts usually only need enough room for a 18 to 29 tooth sprocket.

Hey does your axle have a keyway over on the other side of the bearing where you'll need to mount your rear sprocket?

I was just noticing your axle sprocket will probably need to be located on the inside of the RR axle bearing,
so it will line up with your Lifan 125 output gear. You'll see what I mean when you sit the engine on the kart.

hey all got new pics the engines going to sit to the side and that way i can leave the sproket spider where it lives and i might have to make an alloy fuel tank to put in the other side to balance out weight a bit. more updates soon!!!

AAH! That's no fun. It would have been great to drop in the 125 and have it be perfect.
